In 1998 Francesco graduated from the University “La Sapienza” in Pisa. Soon after, he attended the preparation training to access the Public Administration Judicial Office and other legal management roles, held by Prof. Giuseppe Nerio Carugno in Florence. Since 2001 Francesco has been a member of the National Bar Association. He is currently advising ad litem numerous public and private legal entities. Francesco obtained the highest level of C2 “DELE” Spanish Diploma from the Cervantes Institute in Madrid (the Spanish Official Institute), and he is currently the only Italian lawyer owning a law firm with this qualification. Francesco has considerable experience in managing transactional disputes, both in the Italian jurisdiction (with involvement in all stages of the trial) as well as in Spain and in South America, where he can take care of the management of any litigation. Francesco is a First Counsel at the Supreme Court and at other Higher Courts.
